Range of Tasks We Provide

- Assistance in and out of bed
- Assistance with washing, bathing, showering
- Assistance to dress and undress
- Assistance with Catheter/Stoma Care and Continence
- Management
- Assistance with mouth care
- Prepare/cook Meals and Snacks
- Prompt, give or administer Medication
- Cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Paying bills
- Escort duties
- Social Activities and Social Support and Inclusion
- Respite
- Assistance with benefits
- Resource and community access
- Activity Planning
Provided Hours
- 24 hour care within supported living service
- We respond to the individual needs of our customers on a 24-hour basis, 365 days a year.
Range of Tasks We DO NOT Provide
- Administering injections, suppositories, pessaries
- Tasks that require a registered nurse service (we are not a nursing service)
- Any Care or Support that requires evasive procedures that care staff are not trained to do (for further information please discuss this with the management team)
- Any tasks that are not agreed within the care package

The age range for the service is primarily to adults 18 years and upwards.

We endeavour to use these values when assessing and delivering all care and support to our Service Users and alongside our Statement of Intent offer an all-inclusive service to vulnerable people within a supported living environment. Therefore, our philosophy is as follows:

- To maintain dignity and privacy when working with vulnerable people, adhering to confidentiality legislation whilst safeguarding our service users from harm, abuse, and exploitation.

- Ensure that all care and support that is delivered is person centred and offers individuals the opportunities to have an independent and fulfilling life.
- To ensure that our service users feel safe and have opportunities to take part in the local community through seeking meaningful employment and education.

ESME Healthcare works with housing association
Our personal care and support care services collaborate with housing associations, which are legal entities that provide specialized housing for individuals who are unable to live independently or face financial constraints.
